This memorial site was created to honor the memory of our loved one, Mary Jane Copenhaver Bish Taylor.
We will cherish her forever.
Matthew 6:9-13
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
You cannot see or touch me But I'm standing next to you. Your tears can only hurt me, Your sadness makes me blue. Be brave and show a smiling face Let not your grief show through I love you from a different place, Yet I'm standing next to you.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
When I am gone, release me, let me go. I have so many things to see and do, You mustn't tie yourself to me with too many tears, But be thankful we had so many good years. I gave you my love, and you can only guess How much you've given me in happiness. I thank you for the love that you have shown, But now it is time I traveled on alone. So grieve for me a while, if grieve you must Then let your grief be comforted by trust That it is only for a while that we must part, So treasure the memories within your heart. I won't be far away for life goes on. And if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see or touch me, I will be near And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear All my love around you soft and clear And then, when you come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile and a "Welcome Home"
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
To my dearest family, some things I’d like to say, first of all to let you know, I arrived here okay. I'm writing this from heaven, here I dwell with God above, Here there's no more tears of sadness, here is just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy, just because I'm out of sight Remember that I am with you morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you, when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me, he said 'I welcome you' 'It’s good to have you back again, you were missed while you were gone As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on' 'I need you here so badly, you are apart of my plan there is so much we can do, to help our mortal man' God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you. And when you lie in bed at night, the days chores put to flight God and I are close to you... in the middle of the night When you think of my life on earth, and all of those loving years Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. Do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell you, all what God had planned If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is through More then ever before, I'm so much closer to you There are rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb But together we can do it, by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too That as you give into the world, the world will give to you. If you can help somebody, who is in sorrow and pain Then you can say to God at night.... 'My day was not in vain' And now I am contented... that my life was worthwhile Knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low Just lend a hand to pick them up, as on your way you go When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind I'm walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind And when its time for you to go..... From that body to be free Remember you are not going..... You're coming here to me. Until we are together again Love and miss you all. XOXO
